For this reason, we have outlined our return and refund policy below to ensure clarity, fairness, and peace of mind when shopping with us.

1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Include original packaging, jewelry box, and any accessories provided.

  • Be returned with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including pieces with embedded flowers, initials, or special design requests).

  • Sale or clearance items, which are considered final sale.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

We encourage you to carefully review your custom order details before confirming purchase, as once production begins, cancellations and returns are not possible unless there is a defect.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@eluljewelry.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In such cases, we will also cover return shipping costs.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@eluljewelry.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

  3. Package the item securely in its original box or equivalent protective packaging. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction. If your refund has not appeared after this time, we recommend contacting your payment provider first before reaching out to us.

Refunds will only cover the cost of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order for the desired piece. This ensures that you can receive the exact item you prefer without unnecessary delays.

7. Responsibility for Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable service for your protection.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible, as work on your handcrafted jewelry may already have begun.
